Tsuna's mom states that it is not unusual and wakes Tsuna up. The piece of paper was Tsuna's math test, which he got a bad grade on. Tsuna's mom notices a piece of paper sticking out of the desk door and looks at it. She goes over and shakes Tsuna but he doesn't wake up. Tsuna is sleeping in a messy room and Tsuna's mom mentions how messy the room is. He doesn't wake up, so Tsuna's mom has to go up and wake him up.
